Next ELT to go?

Which grifter ELT should follow NC and SB out the door next? Each one have caused so much damage to the morale, culture, productivity, innovation, layoffs, and resource drain of this place.

We'll take anyone of them next but just go sooner than later so the people can have some relief.

I liked working at TD until SM, KCC, and HA showed up. Once they are gone I will consider reapplying.

Interesting recent events, DEI give preferential treatment when hiring as well as firing.

All three poison Ivy league prez spew same hatred messaging but first to go was UofPenn prez and Harvmas prez was saved (she was hired under DEI guidelines and now protected by DEI guidelines).

By this pattern, JW will be last to go.

Looks like JW, HA, and KCC have doppelgangers as presidents at poison Ivy league universities at Harvard, U of Penn, and MIT, respectively. The resemblance is remarkable.

All are DEI hires just like JW, HA, and KCC. They are clueless in their roles and only agenda is revealed through their pathetic response at the congressional hearing. The schools they represent are losing hundreds of millions in donations and their actions have done damage to generations of Americans, just like the damage done to this company.

All of the stooge elite arrogant entitled so called presidents are facing calls for resignations. JW, HA, and KCC will see the same fate as the world is catching on to their scam.

They could not even admit something is wrong when it is spelled out for them. This

Has to be KCC. Has overseen huge cuts across all parts of the business and we now have an organisation where the survey results show that staff see no way to succeed or grow their skills. The core function of the people organisation should be about the people and she has failed at that.

When will the board wise up and get rid of her?

Consider ME’s timeline, and the fact she has somehow survived all the HR complaints. I expect JW is here until the last half of this year. That is near the end of her 3 years.

JW is riding the gravy train so why should she quit? She makes a ton of money, can’t be fired because she’s a diversity hire, and has no skills to take elsewhere.

I dream, pray and hope it's JW. Put into the position only because they needed something different in the ELT line-up and tick the diversity box, it was obvious early on that she was in way over her head in terms of skill, ability and class.

She has lost the support of nearly everyone under her so surely she is headed for the exit.
