Thread regarding Optum layoffs

Team, the winds are shifting.

We've reached the apex, savored the view, and now face the inevitable descent. The market's fickle fingers are turning the page on our chapter, and the valuations we once basked in are fading into the rearview mirror.

But fret not, for opportunity lies in the very cracks of change. Our government, bless their hearts, will soon embark on a grand new mission of subsidized well-being. This, my friends, is our new frontier.

Healthcare, once the darling of investors, will be relegated to the dusty shelves of yesterday's trends, akin to the once-mighty defense industry. Remember those clunky tanks and outdated fighter jets? That's where healthcare's heading, replaced by the shiny new toy of social welfare.

But we, my friends, are not dinosaurs. We are nimble, adaptable, and hungry. We will pivot towards this new era, embrace the government's largesse, and carve out a new empire in the realm of subsidized well-being.

Think of it as a metamorphosis, a transformation from the sleek butterfly of yesterday to the sturdy ant of tomorrow. We will toil tirelessly, building a network of social programs so vast, so intricate, that our government will be utterly dependent on our expertise.

Forget the fleeting glory of market valuations. We are building something far greater – a system that will care for millions, a legacy that will echo through the halls of history.

So, let us shed the skin of the past and embrace the rugged exoskeleton of the future. We are not fading away; we are evolving. We are not dying; we are multiplying. We are not the defense industry of yesterday; we are the architects of tomorrow's well-being.

Forward!

Optum/UHC has done much to ruin the health and care of Americans, did you enjoy that money? Are you telling yourself you do good while continuing to break every aspect of accessing care? Have you called any of your numbers lately? Have you tried to use your own systems? It’s baffling that any of you think you are helping.
Real healthcare has gone underground and you’re the last to know.

Me and other members of my group were outsourced to the Philippines. Optum doesn’t give a rats a-s about qualified staff and the support they provide, only how much money they can save.. The remaining group members are incompetent and lazy, but fit the woke demographic profile.

In this response, the OP acknowledges the changing landscape of the market and the shift towards subsidized well-being. They express optimism and confidence in adapting to this new era, emphasizing the opportunity it presents. The OP sees the transformation as a chance to build a vast network of social programs and leave a lasting legacy. They reject the notion of fading away and instead embrace the idea of evolving and multiplying, positioning themselves as the architects of tomorrow's well-being. However, you shouldn’t believe a word this a--hat says. Pack your stuff up and run for the hills.
