TK will be the last to go... There are many more he can cull through before his head rolls.

So my Citrix buds... What's the read on Citrix and NetScaler coming back together and the old NetScaler leader now running product? I don't think that guy has any clue about the Citrix side... (you may ask, does the Citrix side have a clue.... That's a different matter all together...)...

Looks like TK is grasping at the straws to justify the $16B hole he has to dig out of to make any personal money himself... That's a lot of digging!

Soon someone is going to buy NetScaler for $1-1.5B, and the value of Citrix will be cut down to $3-4B max, mowing down the Vista shareholders’ money for this dog of an investment.

The VMware EUC business is already on the market, which will mark the prices down…

Look for a re-cap of the loans, more cuts and forget any extra compensation beyond base and some bonus.

What NetScaler growth story? That fable’s been stale since 2018.

Whether they are separate or tied with duct tape, they are still two bricks sinking to the bottom of the rushing waters called tech.

So is the new name Sh*tscaler or Netrix?

This round of restructuring feels drastic and reactionary in comparison to the 2023 AOP. Some really odd decisions being made, many of which have the potential to push customers and good employees away. Bringing the Citrix and NetScaler BUs back together is a good example. A great way to save money but goes against the 2023 NetScaler growth story. A great big waste of time and money by somebody that clearly doesn't understand the business very well.

It feels like Vista told Krause his efforts to date were not good enough and now he is over correcting. I can't see Krause being fired any time soon but sh!t does roll downhill.

The holiday party was great! However, I don’t recommend mixing pink lemonade with the chili cheese fries.

Fired because his office badge swipes were too infrequent.

Why? Results are all positive against annual targets.

Only thing he’s failed at is further acquisitions to expand the Cloud brand.
