As a result of poor results, poorly executed reorg and poor management, layoffs are pending throughout the company. Perfect present just in time for the holiday season.

The board needs to fire the CEO. Under his leadership, the company has gone from great to subpar. He has not rid himself of the underperforming C Suite staff but he let’s go high performers. A strong board of directors should have made this change a long while back, once the company started bleeding money on a failed restructuring.
