What is the actual savings if it takes 4 months to hire and 12 months to train? What expense will it have on our customer timelines and timelines for any kind of system changes or enhancements? Things already take an absurd amount of time and it will only get worse.

This is all part of the 1300 that have been notified. Relocation to GCC was included in the initial comms.

I also feel the same as 300 layoffs are part of the 1300 already laid off. As people have been notified their last date is in Feb. Does anyone else feel the same?

I’m kind of glad my job was just outright eliminated. I would doubly miserable if I had to stay and train someone in GCC who was taking my job.

Last week, an estimated 500 employees' jobs were eliminated. It could be less, but 500 would be the maximum end, 350 the minimum.

In January, off-shoring begins. In Illinois, 339 employees are impacted and will be notified. They will be given time to stay, etc.

This is only just over half of the 1300 so look for more layoffs in other parts of the US (primarily) and international.

I don't know if it will be 1300 announced towards the end of January, but at least 750 and probably more.

There are no off-shoring planned for after January - for now

I interpreted that to be part of the 1300 (10%) reduction since it sounds like some folks that were impacted are not leaving until 2024. Can anyone confirm this?

The Legal townhall today they said that this is all behind us now and our stock prices are improving. This is the time to focus on growth and the future. There is no need to look behind us. Nothing to worry about.

These are likely part of the 1300 announcement in November.

They eliminated jobs so far. The next move will be the offshore of jobs and these have not been announced to employees yet.

I think these 300 are part of the already contacted employees who are working until January.

Are these jobs in addition to the layoffs last week?
