@1aci+1pVssymb, wrong again. This same "investigation" was attempted by a law firm 3 years ago and has gotten nowhere.

I disagree. These shareholder alerts indicate a mass suit, which are a serious investment on the firm's behalf. They wouldn't sink that money in unless they see some standing to get it back. They are common with troubled companies though.
That's just Elliott making a formal inquiry. There are other law suits that CC has to worry about originating in the Copper State.
Nobody cares about any law firm investigation. They have no subpoena powers, no arrest powers, no nothing. It’s a joke, just like the OPs post.
Just Google crown castle investigation to see a couple of the law firms involved.
@1tzo+1pVssymb, you are correct. In fact, there is really nothing to talk about because there is no investigation. This is all somebody's fantasy.
This is not yet a matter we should be publicly discussing.
Who is leading the investigation? Scooby Doo and the gang?
Count me in and keep us posted. Dysfunctional and incompetent Board, EMT and upper managers. We all knew it but could never say anything for fear of losing jobs. Now, hopefully, THEY will be the ones on the outside looking in. Karma is coming!
Not unless you are in the EMT
