Wow. Sensitive enough? When a major news release is announced that flat out says investors don’t believe in the competency of existing management, I’m pretty sure it’s normal for people to want to know what’s going on. You must be one of the many worried directors. Su-ks to be in the dark, huh? Perhaps if Phillips management had been a bit more transparent throughout the last 13 years, we wouldn’t be in this pickle. Maybe we should all be “in the know”. God forbid the impressive talent we spend millions recruiting actually gets put to good use.
