Thread regarding Commscope Inc. layoffs

Thanks for the fireside chat Chuck and Tingle

Let's all band together and suffer together. These are trying times, we arnt offering anything to retain talent, we know we su-k, and we've got 100m in opex cuts we need to make, so please leave and save us the severance check.

Employees are just a figure on the opex spreadsheet to these hatchet men, and couldn't make it more PLAINLY obvious.

I'd say the most expensive part maybe the 2 private jets and aviation team on the payroll. " the slow restaurant- yeah right with private planes parked around the back" !!
Maybe if slt cut out the blatant lavish expenditure, could save a few livelihoods and families depending on cs.

"Yes it is a business. The most expensive part is your workforce. The easiest cost to trim is your workforce. You learn this working at a service job when you were a kid. Do you expect two waitresses at a slow restaurant?"

The most expensive part of your business is an incompetent c-suite, and CommScope has the most incompetent c-suite that exists. If you believe otherwise, you must have attended ECON101/BUS101 with Janet Yellen, the fake and incompetent Fed head (you can blame Obama for her).

I left several years ago and loving life because of it.

Whichever one of you smart arses believe a short quip about who’s going to volunteer to leave is not necessary. Working there is tough enough as it is, much less Managers or Slt peeps’ insult to injury.

That's Cleaver Chuck to you. He's worked hard cutting companies into little bits to earn that title. Don't short change him.
