Why is it the apstra guy trying to fix juniper ?
The letter says Juniper settled for 3M. Payouts coming in January.
Even though it's old, don't the legal system move slow?
This is 3 years old people
Read the complaint. It's very clearly written and the case is made well. Basically, lazy or corrupt fund managers at Juniper didn't bother to try for a better deal so us plan holders paid higher fees for no defensible reason. Your slice will be a few hundred bucks, max. But thank the guy from Apstra who called them on their ineptitude, because company wide it adds up to $28 million we overpaid because some guy didn't bother with the basics of his job and no one else bothered to question it.
Nothing! But everyone gets a juniper tshirt
