There were several layoffs in Sales - I only heard about sales reps, not sure if it affected SE's yet.

I suspect like they did this year another round in January so enjoy the holidays and remember this is price you pay for working in big tech. Better salaries than most sectors but zero stability.
Several have been let go in Legal, HR, Finance/Accounting, and across individual Businesses Units. Hopefully not as bad as the rumored 30%, but too early to tell.

Well, not laid off, at risk of being laid off as per the legal requirement for a “consultation period” beforehand.
NYE is the big day to find out.
