Is everyone who is being laid off as a part of this restructuring effort will be given warn period/pay (60/90) days? Did any MD who was let go mid-Nov is getting warn pay? What about the rest of org: Directors, SVPs, etc that will be laid off in Jan?

Warn is your heads up you get 60 days pay without working so that’s like getting 60 days notice
How does this work. I thought law was about giving folks a heads up. Didn’t it was about pay.
Warn is a federal mandate for large layoffs it’s 90 days in New York and other states 60 to 90 days depending on state all employees that are full-time are entitled to this
