Is anyone feeling like they are doing “less with less”. Keep hearing high ups say this and I don’t know anyone experiencing this. All I see is do more, better, and faster with less and less.

Shift more......to the left to the left....to the left to the left
"Doing less for less." This sounds like it would be a motto for Home Depot told their customers to go f**k themselves LOL...
But I agree. It's ridiculous that companies like Dell have all of this cash at Q1 and they've practically exhausted all of their budget before Q2 is even over. Then the company is like, "There's going to be some changes with the programs you're working on... and we have to lay you off."
lol, it started with the layoffs and do less with less but of course it ends up with do more with less. FAFO.
I work at Dell and do less and less everyday.
go big or go home.
It's impossible to do more with less, same as to expect one to start eating less and pooing more at the very same time ..
It gets worse every quarter.
More changes to come in Q1 is the rumour but what changes is anyones guess
I would imagine do more with even less.
Things have to break at some point.
I have heard no more cuts from senior management but I wouldnt be confident.
Online and partner first is the way forward and AI will save us all.
Or so we have been told.
It seems like we are being pushed to the limit to drive natural attrition.
Thats just my opinion of course.
We’re being told to do less because so much staff and budget has been cut. Our braindead leaders keep telling us to just stop doing critical functions as if the needs will just magically go away. We just sit on an inbox flooded with daily complaints from everyone from internal stakeholders to partners to customers asking why they didn’t get X or Y. We’re losing external funding because we don’t do the work any more.
Next time I see that Dell is in the top places to work on LinkedIn, I will put a laugh emoji and be sure to comment, No Way
It's a dumpster fyre.
