I’m shocked that they also answered this question but the whole Aetna townhall felt forced that everything is rainbows and butterflies. Sure there are 2500 positions open but doesn’t doesn’t mean anything for the current positions…

So at Investor Day announce 10% increase in dividend bur CVS doing layoffs. Everyone knows Karen and her cronies su-k so in the short term they bought off the biggest investors with an increase in dividends. This way C Suite can hang on a little longer. Come on Vanguard dump these losers
Karen Ly--h was interviewed by Bertha Coombs. Bertha was great. Karen was Awful. Karen knows little. Karen doesn’t want to answer questions. Karen can’t Listen. Karen wants to talk about Signify Health. Bertha Coombs hit all of the high notes. The demise of PBMs was one. Mark Cuban cost plus was another. Finally, the zinger. Why are CVS Employees so unhappy? “ I don’t think that it is every employee - Just some trouble makers.” Ly--h has aged 25 years in the last 3 years. Ly--h doesn’t look a day over 78. Money isn’t Everything.
I know layoffs su-k and I really feel for the 5000 people who got laid off but I'm sure they'll be happy to know the shareholders just got a 10% dividend increase.
Just keep that in mind when you're stuck in traffic 4 days a week. It always cheers me up.
