I used my personal email address to set up the HR integration portal again. However, I got an error message. I tried to click Chabot on the login page, but it took me to the Broadcom webpage. Does anyone have experience in fixing it?

Like reported previously, I was an impacted employee. Despite a flood of duplicate emails to my home account, I am locked out of the VMWare benefits site since VMware IT reports my account is disabled since I was "terminated", even though I am on VMWare payroll through 1/25/24. I submitted an email ticket and had my prior manager (she was lucky enough to not get cut) submit a ticket on my behalf. Crickets for 5 days and counting.
Calling Broadcom benefits was of little help, as even they could not help me get into the VMWare benefits microsite. They filed a ticket, but no response yet.
If the Broadcom folks reading this site actually spent time doing things right the first time or were quick to fix problems that have been languishing for days, we would not be complaining here on a public site.
thanks for listening; hope the access is fixed soon.
Workday is now available in the portal.
Can someone tell me how can we access Workday to see payslips?
I created account in October after Paul’s email using VMW email address. Then I got email to create account using my personal email. Did that. Today I can’t log in using my personal email. But ICAN login using my VMW email even though VMW email has been disabled. So try that if you created an account originally with VMW email. They are I think, removing duplicate accounts if you already had one. Works fine with VMW email and today they enabled access to VMW Workday.
If ticket is filed, then perfect case for unannounced PTO. Just binge Netflix until they fix it.

I mean, given that support tickets are created and left to languish unnoticed (8 days with no movement for mine), not sure why it seems like an unreasonable approach
I am having same issue, I emailed Broadcom HR. Email creates an issue in the system with tracking number, it has been 2 days - no response so far.
I hope release docs are sent via docusign, not tied to sh---y portal.
On another note, benefits website login is working fine, this will be helpful on dec 6 for open enrollment

I guess that's what we're doing now.
So far the experience of moving from VMW systems to BC and the self serve nature speaks of a very disorganised company. I mean come on getting your old data to the new platforms is basically horrendous.
While I’m at it the whole workforce has closed down. Nothing will be achieved of any value in Dec and I suspect the same in Jan. OMG this is just the tip of the iceberg. So sad for what has happened to our once great company.
