Thread regarding Staples Inc. layoffs

i want to take Staples public....

....so I can short the stock.

I've been in the consulting business for 28 years now. In that time, i've worked for well over 40 companies. NEVER have I seen a company with its head so firmly stuffed up its butt as Staples.

How can they continue after losing a week's worth of production in a business that was already bleeding millions?

A week later and still no access.

Well....with a little bit of luck it will never come back and I can move on from this sorry mess.

The downfall came with SP and all good leaders have left the company on their own or laid off due to no longer drinking the koolaid. How many times are you going to implement the same strategy over and over again and think you will get different results? The definition of insanity. There are no leaders left circa 1995 that can save this sinking ship. SP pirates have taken over and everyone going down.

The management, staff and systems are circa 1995. Slowing dying one paper cut at a time.

Wow. The issue is that the folks that care are affected the most. Shame but the company does not have a differentiator. Delusional about that. Can't compete without having a solution. Oh yeah they do have a solution. WB buys from Essendant. Just do t care and that is why big JL runs the helm with his minion JH. All they talk about us business performance. They have driven moral in the toilet. Hired folks that do not belong in their positions. They do this so the leadership is none the wiser as to having an opinion. Could go on and on. Stupidity
