Means you get paid out your PTO time and then you don't have to punch a time clock anymore. Learn to slack better. Look busy, make sure to set low expectations that are easy to meet. Don't over perform ever. Slow play, make what you have to do look a lot harder than it is. Milk the HT cow.
non exempt do not get RSU's if that matters to you.

They didn't do this to help you manage your day. They did it because nickel and diming 40k employees can add up to a real labor savings for them.
