Simply put, Staples employees are long overdue for unionized representation. Until they collectively recognize that all of the slogans, which seem to be reimagined annually, are meticulously designed to placate discontent, not fulfill well meaning expectations to actually benefit employees. Plan: a select number of you are destined for the layoff meat grinder every single year. Protect yourselves, because no one at Staples is genuinely tasked with advocating for you. Ask anyone they've layed off, and they'll all tell you that the HR or AR person who handled their departure treated them like someone they 'never knew,' in spite of all the "we are family" slogans they conjure and promote each year.
Love how they pick a day when. No reps are normally scheduled to come in. Same leader who fired everyone off camera and muted so no one could speak. Weak leaders
Sorry , who is M&M?
Looks like the union talk on this site got M&M on the road for a trip to Maitland. Guess that means we may see one of our AVPs in the office too? How exciting, can’t wait! Another town hall that means nothing and goes nowhere. Off the last two weeks of the month can’t wait to get out of this toxic place and not have to talk to anymore annoying customers.
While the rat is away the mice will play
Or maybe even actually come to the center
AL stay off this thread. You need to lead to have an actual opinion
Way to tell the world your grand plan
Is this really happening today? Can we do it around 4 ? 2nd floor west conference room. I’m Newly appointed retention specialist. And my new manager is chugging the koolaid.
I think just facilities and tech use the conference rooms. Let’s find out if it’s booked and meet up
Perfect timing. No leader on site and the remote leaders are completely disengaged.
Let’s meet on the 2nd floor. There’s an entire empty corner
