BC requires Covid vaccine. Just saw this on Workday

Will refusal to provide personal medical information qualify me for a severance package?
Sure hope so.

I just marked it was complete and moved on. (I am fully vaxxed but didn't provide any information.)

At this point everyone has been vaxxed, caught it, or both. Really kind of a non issue now.

Do not disclose any health-related info to your employer.

There is in fact a section of the employee profile data in Workday that says U.S. and Singapore employees are required to get the Covid 19 vaccine and provide proof, unless they have an approved exemption from Broadcom. I selected a value in the drop-down list for vaccination status that said something to the effect of "will not disclose" and submitted that. In the other section where you are supposed to attach proof, I simply submitted it a blank form and left it at that. I guess we will see if they come back with anything, but I bet most companies don't want to bother with such distractions anymore.

No vaccine ever - not required in 2020/21. Mask yes. We had to sit apart, skipping a row or 2. That was it. Stop spreading B S . You guys need some sleep....
