Thread regarding Fossil Inc. layoffs

Grass is greener

From personal experience, I can assure you that leaving Fossil is the best course of action. If you stick around, future rewards may not be as promised. Let me tell you with all certainty, life post-Fossil offers much brighter prospects. From someone who made the switch, the grass really is much greener and I highly recommend it!

But please don't take that drama & toxicity that is/was inherent at Fossil to other companies! I've already seen it happening at another company where there is a large concentration of former Fossil employees! Change your toxic attitudes people!

This is 100% true especially if you want to be respected and rewarded.
