This company is just ridiculous. We are pretty much out of bags and they are making customers buy a backstage reusable bag for .99 if they want a bag. How do we not have bags in December. And they are trying to save on payroll. It’s all so ridiculous.

We've had to fight for bags for the last two years. I sell mostly small items. I say "would you like to throw this in your purse?". If not their lipstick goes in a HUGE bag, because that is all I have.
I feel like someone screwed up ordering then at your store. We get low at times, but at holidays, we're drowing in bags and definitely drowning in gift boxes, to the point in springtime we just start throwing gift boxes out.
Last week we got one pallet of large and one of medium brown shoppers, haven't even gone thru half yet and today just got another pallet of medium and two pallets of large.
How big of a bag will we need to pop the company in? That will be $6 billion please plus Tax and can I put this on your macys card? ,,, o wait,,,
Then someone's not doing their job. There was a manual count of bags a couple months back. Is the RFID tag being cut thru when box is opened? If not, a scan will pick it up and report as a full.box
We never have bags. Order comes in and it's gone in days.
Why don't they just do the "no bag" policy like several retailers are promoting. That im sure will go over well with our customers. DSW shoe stores did it months ago but the customers in my mall are not happy about it. Imagine carrying 3 pairs of boots under your arm walking through the mall its ridiculous. Im surprised Jeff and his merry band of liberal id--ts haven't done it yet. February can't come soon enough so we can be rid of him. Goodbye Jeffy. Maybe the new guy can right this ship which Jeffy has been steering towards the rocks ever since he took over.
Stop using bags to wrap perceived breakables in Home Store and Holiday Lane. There's no tissue paper ever but do not use the bags to wrap every single ornament or plate. Problem solved.
