It looks like it is mainly in the US with a heavy focus on GT.
US former Neustar employees seem to be safe and have been excluded from the layoffs for the most part.

Also shows how ridiculous the RTO policy is also. Most offices are still fairly empty and this layoff is at least 90% US employees.
If the company has 4000 US employees, at least 1000 of the 1300 announced are from the US so this is not a 10% reduction if youre not padding the stats either India offshores.
This is , at min, a 25% reduction in head count of US employees and maybe as high as 40%.
This is TransUnion. If you are still working there after the next layoffs are announced, when will be layed off?
Yes new roles are being opened in preparation for the next layoff announcements in January
The roles are being posted on workday as we speak. We have GCC’s in Heredia, Costa Rica, Johannesburg, South Africa and Chennai and Pune India.
Most hiring over the last 2 or 3 years had already been happening in India. In the past year, the US has had a Freeze on hiring. Yes, for the foreseeable future, all hired will be offshore unless it's a organization that can't like sales people. Like I stated though, this isn't new. The reason they could eliminate jobs (even if there is a clear difference in skills) is because of the offshore strategy. Now they can hire 2 or 3 in India vs 1 US and also claim the head count is up
Give it 6 to 12 months and we’ll see most of the hiring only being done in the the GCCs.
I was a Director in GT. I was told my job was eliminated. Whether or not they recreate it in GCC I really don’t care. I just want to move on to bigger and better things.
The most recent layoffs were job elimination , no offshore moves - yet.
No they haven't
