Meaningless and hollow leadership rhetoric that lacks action or substance.

Fossil’s ELT are a joke, now that I’ve worked for a much larger company. Headwinds are a buzz word only at fossil.
Let the finger-pointing (blaming) commence. When sales plummet dramatically, everyone starts accusing each other. Let's sit back and watch this sitcom unfold.
The sales performance has been nothing short of disastrous, and these licenses are doing nothing to boost our business. The future appears as nothing more than a gloomy storm of uncertainty and disappointment thanks to the CEO, BOD, SLT, ELT and A&M.
on top of that we are about to lose MK, next year it won't be renewed. Armani will be the second one.
There's absolutely no hope left. After that pathetic handling of the last round of layoffs, any shred of hope is gone. Employee morale? Rock bottom! Hats off and a big thanks to our Senior Leadership Team, Executive Leadership Team and CEO for their consistent track record of failure.
You're absolutely right. The idea that A&M’s TAG strategy could save us is laughable at best. It's like trying to put out a forest fire with a water g-n - utterly impractical given our dire circumstances. There's no strategy or miracle that can salvage this disaster. And the impending layoffs? They're not just looming, they're practically stalking us now, ready to tear apart what little team morale remains. Simply put, this situation is worse than bad. It's a total f’ing disaster.
The claim that executing TAG will catapult us back into positive operating profit margins by 2025 is nothing short of delusional – time is something we simply don't have. This whole situation is beyond repair! We can already see more layoffs looming on the horizon.
