WARN is Federal and the requirements are definitely in effect in Texas.

What you’re saying here is true but, these layoffs are only in states with WARN laws that require reporting. Texas and many other states don’t have those reporting requirements.

This will merely reinforce the Broadcom private equity spreadsheet-oriented brand.
