Has anyone received fidelity account info for RSUs vesting Nov and Dec if you did not have one before? (I am on etrade). Will it be emailed to personal emails? (If leaving vmware / broadcom)

Didn't get an email but my Nov & Dec vests are now showing as pending release
No, it is supposed to be sent out 2 to 3 weeks after close. So you "should" get an invite from Fidelity by the 15th. I would assume it goes to whatever address you registered your account with.
