The cash value for partial shares that were accepted for conversion, is still not deposited in Etrade.
Lets say 31 shares were submitted for conversion to AVGO and you received 7 shares.
Cash value related to 3 VMW shares (around 0.75 AVGO) is still with Etrade ?
It can be between 1 to 4 VMW depending on the rounding applicable in your case.
