Correction to your post above. The current CEO did not step down, but was forced out by Bret so that he could step in to be not only the CEO but the chairman of the board. Thus, tightly locking in his position.

Same here in MD as well. Alot of people that been with the company for over 15+ years will have to try to find a new position or they will be let go. I think they are getting ready too go public. The CEO is the grandson of the founder and as soon as his uncle passed away (Bob Gore) the current CEO stepped down and Bret jumped in the position. I think his uncle may have known something!
