Does GA monitor WFH?

My coworker who WFH is away from their computer for hours every day. 3-4 hours most days. Don't ever see them working past their end of day time. Always has a reason why late with work. Been going on a long time. Doubt anyone at GA monitoring WFH employees.

I know a number of my GA coworkers. They work from home and most of the time they are not home.

One can fail at GA and get promoted as long as they fail with management. Once someone points out the incompetence of management they will be on the chopping block… so it’s better to be quit, lazy and fail up - it’s the GA way!

A GA coworker in our group works from home. It is apparent the person is a obsessive hardcore Gamer. When they turn on their webcam to join GA group meetings or to have discussions with coworkers, their room at home is entirely dark. You can see clearly the person's multiple personal computer screens where they are Gaming.
So why hasn't GA management fired this person?

It’s people like YOU who ruin WFH for honest and hardworking WFH employees! Mind your own business.

GA don’t even monitor naps at work. So I doubt GA is monitoring WFH… and stop acting like people don’t do the same thing in office… 2 hr lunch breaks, 2 hour naps, constantly leaving earlier and coming in late.., it’s the GA way!
