Is it just me, or does it seem that those who were laid off skew older? Most of the people I know who are affected are in their late 40s and above. Is this the case throughout TU?

I still need to study the selected versus not selected included with severance. On first glance it does look like it skews older. And I've got a data geek studying the numbers, so I guess I'll see what they say. But my guess is that it will be the right side of the law but just barely.
I would say the distribution is about the same taken as a whole because of the older people kept in the senior levels, but it appears more olders were removed in the lower levels. In my dept, both youngsters and oldsters were let go. I'm sure TU's army of lawyers have looked over it.

The severance packet shows the ages of those selected vs not selected in your BU as required by law.
There are people that got notice who were in their 20s all the way up to their 60s.
