I heard it will be around 30% or 40% of the entire company.

Heard the same as someone posted earlier, another round more significant than in December planned for January. Plans are to outsource or offshore more and continue cuts.
"Cloud Software Group is covered under the WARN act in CA, GA, and FL. There are no notices in the database since Jan 2023. Took me all of about 30 seconds to check that."
I doubt there's even enough people LEFT in GA to trigger a WARN notice - would be mostly TAM's and tech support out of Alpharetta I believe. Number of sales staff (account managers and presales) left in GA could be counted on one hand prior to yesterday, and I heard at least a couple sales reps there were let go yesterday. Not sure if that also affected presales (account technology strategists or whatever they're called now). I'm assuming it has to at some point since the mappings would all be off. Who's actually left to sell anything?
Most VPs aren’t even average managers. The whole place is full of dinosaurs who screwed the pooch and now aren’t employable anywhere else. True colors always shine through.
Interesting start to the 1st week of the fiscal year. AOP took longer than anticipated and then restructuring announcements were made with changes at high levels within the organization. My sources tell me it the hammer started now with VP, Senior Directors and eventually will begin to make its way down to the larger population of employees.
"People at higher management level have been asked to leave in roughly two weeks "
What in the world does that mean? They've been 'asked to leave.' Can they answer 'no'? :)
Layoffs have started. People at higher management level have been asked to leave in roughly two weeks
I heard 200%. TK is going to fire people at other companies.
Hopefully HR will all get fired. I mean, there’s no one here for them to make life difficult, so who needs them?
Let's hope so. Looking forward to that lovely severance package.
(Which is protected in Europe, for the yanks about to bi--h about that)
Can corroborate that Tuesday is a likely day for some notices. Rumors are sales alignment objectives coming out AOP will drive initial round of layoffs. Subsequent "operational efficiencies - (TK)" would likely to happen.

I only came here to check the roumors, so glad I jumped ship two years ago. I now work for myself and have made double my salary.
TK is a freaking clown. Worst CEO ever. Dude has no care in the world for this company nor employees. Special place in he-l for people like this.
No way it is anywhere near 20%. There will definitely be org changes. I think a max cut of 5% of the workforce. Anyone seen a 2024 budget for their team/department?
Some org changes announced next week but most redundancies will be early Jan.
20-30% sounds about right. Despite all the positivity at the All Hands - Vista costs need to be cut due to interest rate. Leadership accepts quality and capability drops. Doubt customers will.
"Get ready folks, this will be a BIG wave..... of money in my pocket!"
TK
Good luck everyone. Whatever happens best wishes on the next chapter whatever it is.
next Monday, your last day?
I heard 100 percent. TK will fire himself at the end.
I heard 98% of the company.
