Just got notice end of year is open in Workday. There’s also a statement in bold that if you were impacted (aka, kicked to the curb like trash) you’re exempt. No shyt Sherlock.
Nothing racist about that comment. Indians are, well, Indians. Canadians are Canadians. Consider it a description rather than something offensive.

Survivors are going to get the TU sc--w on the company performance piece again. HR lady is a genius. Since she showed up, individual performance has morphed into an actuarial nightmare beyond employee control and tied to CEO tanking the company to the tune of 3.1 billion dollars yet she’s still employed? What kind of hocus pokus did this woman use?
I was told that I did not have to do that. Employee portion of bonus would simply be based on meets expectations. Doubt there would even be a company portion.
