Run! It's the worst place I've ever worked in my life and I've worked at tech companies in 4 states for all of my career. This place is awful!

Like most people, you'll likely be out in 1-1.5 years. Attrition is worse now.

Amazon is the only company I've worked where you get screwed over for working hard. Just look at how they treat their warehouse workers. Do you think that mistreatment is limited to them?

There are plenty of companies with equal or better pay along with better benefits, so it makes so sense to work there.

It’s a great place to work, you’re going to do just fine. There’s lots to learn (and unlearn). But if your curious and hard working, this is a good place.

Starting as an SDE.
I hope to keep the eyes open in case things start going bad. I have survived multiple layoffs before, and few times I was ready for my next move before the layoffs could impact me.
