Can someone confirm layoffs in Italy, Offer letters and fewer benefits?

not sure about the layoff. But in my opinion overall the offer is weaker. Base salary stays the same, bonus is a bit higher and some nice RSU were released but... they removed the car allowance (it seems like they removed it in all Europe). The increase of the bonus can barely cover the miss of the car allowance.
A few considerations:
- The car allowance is forever, RSU after 4years they totally vest. Ok you can get others with time but is not sure. Also VMW too was used to release RSU from time to time. Also they depend on the market, and time vesting. The car allowance was paid every month at a fix rate.
- The bonus at VMW was almost considered as part of the salary. I always received it 100% or above and saw all my colleagues receive it. Here will be the same? Who knows...
- Not anymore take a break and EPIC days off. together that were about 14 days off yearly. Like almost a full month of pay (you could take that ones and save your ROL and get yours paid in May)
