Very odd time to do one given the layoffs, low moral, and very low employee opinion of JL and Sycamore. Wonder how honest people will be this time?

Survey, totally agree what is stated.
This go round not going to reply or give them the opportunity to dissect the SA.com side. Bad news is it affect our immediate supervisor which has no influence whatsoever in what the issues are ? Or how to remedy.
Who cares - nothing ever changes after the surveys - the disgruntled still keep their jobs while the engaged are at the mercy if they fit in the future plan or not. and the SLT feeds off everyone below them. Corporate America at its finest
Trust me, these surveys aren't infallible. it's relatively easy to deduce who on a team provided specific comments. I done it for many years. From my personal experience, they're cleverly designed to provide the manager with the information. Its an elementary numbers game.
A few of us are honest however, if you click on the link on your survey invitation you can see that not all replies and comments are passed along, under 5 are not.
If they can track whether you filled it out they can track what you said. Does it matter what our opinion is really? The result is the same. If you don’t want your boss to get blasted, then keep it positive. They learn more about what we think from this site than anything else.
You need to look for a new company. Doesn’t matter what role all the same. Quill has been a mess since S was let go. Once a jewel now a piece of coal in the stocking of Staples. And .com seriously? The retail business is even more disappointing and website hasn’t been keeping up for many years. SBA was delivering profits for years until BB no strategy approach. Letting him go was a victory that was a positive. Not impressed with current state leaders and recent decisions but we shall see.
idk wtf is going on but part of me wants to look for a new role... They should def get rid of SBA... what a waste of personnel. We compete against Staples.com and Quill 75% of the time, anyway. Stop robbing Peter to pay Paul... Crazy business, this is... That's for sure
