Have recent events impacted people's willingness to go to the office, either way? Either "cr-p I better go in so I don't get laid off" or "they'll probably just lay me off in the future anyway so I'm not scared of them firing me for not going in"?
I kinda don't want to bother going in after all this.

I’m only going in one day a week if that. F* them and their tax break for making us come in
I really hope that comment about rto 3 days a week next year is false. They will lose many, including me. Who else heard this? Where is that comment coming from?
I consider going in office as the "do nothing day"! Catch up with old colleagues and talk from football to politics, ....
They are for sure tracking. There is a weekly report by region. Mostly using ioffice check in’s.
Did they ever actually implement tracking badge swipes? While I’m RIFed today and couldn’t care less, I never saw any compliance reports for any of my directs who were required to come in. I feel like it was just a scare tactic.
The office is so depressing. So many unhappy, complaining people. I completely lose motivation to work when I am there. I sit and stare at my screen and am so uncomfortable. I get so much more done when I am at home.
I won’t be going in, as a form of protest and also because I don’t want to
Word is the RTO mandate will be expanded 3 days starting in March.
I don't want to go in. Office just smells like death now
Good point, if we stand together then how can they fire all of us?
