I am too afraid to say anything even if I know something is wrong or a decision being made is unfair toward somebody. I just don't even try, and that's exactly what the leadership was hoping to achieve with its fear-driven management tactics. Figuring this out only solidified my decision to leave as soon as a chance presents itself.

The senior management comment had me rolling :)
Of course we have a voice. If you don’t feel like you can raise a concern to your manager, you can call the Alertline. You can log a complaint via email or by phone and you can make it anonymously. Read the Code of Conduct - we also have obligations to report.
So glad I am gone. Fiserv has become a malignancy on what was a pretty healthy body. I am so bummed for the friends that are still employed there - good, quality people who are being diminished daily.
No self-respect? Sounds like you are ready for senior management!
No company or person should ever take your voice
As hard as it can be, trust me I get it, don’t let the company get you down. We are all better than that and what’s happening. Keep your head up, brush up your resume and be ready for when the day comes.
Fiserv wants/demands blind obedience. Sounds like they've beaten you into submission.
If you can't sue the company with it HR will not care. Instead they will turnt it around that you are the actual problem that needs to be dealt with.
