I got an email yesterday at 5pm CST as HOLD-BUSINESS UPDATES. This meeting invite was cancelled at 4:30AM CST and New invite came at the same time as BUSINESS UPDATES with same attendees as earlier email. I am on H1B and my Perm process is pending for decision. Looks like my USA stay came to an end as I will max out H1B soon. Thanks TU for ruining me and my aspiring carrier.

Boy, that 5uck5 a55, sorry to hear, if you were an illegal migrant you'd have a much better chance these days.
This is really fu---d up situation not having perm approved and hitting the cap.
That's a big F you by the corporate to people on visa. I couldn't sleep last night because our careers are at stake for no fault of our own. Heck I declined a lot of interviews just because people told that TU has a lot of job security, and I was content despite being underpaid.
I feel it is a good thing to be sacked by someone who won't give a sh-t about employees, but it's scary because of visa restrictions and we don't know where my career will head towards.
The business updates means you’re done. HR will join the call and your cut throat director will do the dirty work and drop off. HR will explain.
Glad everyone put all the effort, taking time away from family and those late nights into a company that has zero fu--s.

I got the same meeting update and then meeting cancelation. What a f cking joke of a process to let people know they are sacked....
