My C16 has been given guidance that year end evaluations AND comp convos are moving from Jan 2024 to Dec 2023..just for this year
This means any comp changes happen before year is over. Anyone gotten similar info?

Was told the same. Year end & comp convos will be given in December- I’m in USPBT
The timelines for Global Functions Business Areas was moved forward for final Manager ratings and commentary in Workday but YE and comp conversations remain as normal.
My manager told our team that they had to give year end discussion in December.
They were not sure if they would have the $$$ part so they could discuss that also.
Citi announces results on 12th Jan, comp would have been approved by then, around this date comp discussion.
I know ratings can be shared in early December but didn’t think comp could be discussed that early. The board has to approve the financials (expense/compensation) and there isn’t a December board meeting scheduled (at least publicly). The first weekend in Jan has always been when the board reviews (and approves) the comp packages.
