He was ill when it was sent out on Monday. Went today to sign and the link was expired. He emailed Broadcom HR he is accepting the severance and waiver and WARN notice, but no response.
Possible he gets screwed over with no severance?

The email that went out Monday didn’t even have a place to sign.
NO. severance will be separate set of docs sent to the personal email on file.
the notice Monday was just to complete WARN act requirements from the federal government.
He should have gotten two futher emails since Monday to his personal email. Hopefully he got them as that demonstrates that BC has accurate info for him
Yep, he will get severance I'd say, hr in bc is a bot. Nobody works in hr physically. The bot probably deleted the mail. In fact it delete all mails.
