Actually CB's last earning statement was essentially break even and forecast was for profit the subsequent quarter... which may explain why they were bought.
CB was slipping well before the VMware acquisition. That acquisition was the only thing that kept CB afloat
So many CB'ers went to Crowdstrike. That alone is a huge hit.
VMWare was the worst thing that ever happened to Carbon Black. A top product that competed with Microsoft, Crowdstrike, SentinelOne, etc has been relegated to a C tier product. Just look at our latest MITRE results. We lost all the best talent over time because no one actually did anything. And now Broadcom is here to ki-l it once and for all. Glad I'm out
And EUC too
The surprise is?
It was odd enough when VMware bought us, but they were friendly enough I guess.
Broadcom is a disaster. Complete sh--s show with no concept how software is marketed, developed, or sold.
Time to go back to just being CBLK.
This is your clue these products are being sold off.
