Medica likes to pretend that they look good to the public, but in reality it’s a sham. They are to busy showing how diverse they are instead of hiring, promoting intelligent people.

We should have known the company was having issues due to being asked to take time off during Open Enrollment. That is the busiest time for a reputable insurance company. They are normally asking you to work Overtime, not being asked to take time off work.
Something isn't setting right with this company.

Has anyone who was recently laid off - had your severance signed? Why is it taking so long?

Sad thing is - They used Performance Issues as a reason when being told it was workforce reduction. Thing is - when you had almost perfect 100% quality scores and never missed work, never late. Always had great 1 on 1's. How was it a performance issue? This company needs to be sued!

Terminated today from Medica Customer Service. I know of 3/4 others from the same dept.
Terminations are high and company wide.
