Does the stock account where RSU grants go and vest stay in Etrade even after we quit?

I quit several years ago, no stock at all in that account, but it still stays there. Shouldn't it disappear after one quit and no stock or any balance in account?
Anything already vested will stay in your Etrade, but un-vested RSU will read 00's after your last day. Thank you for your service.
