Thread regarding TransUnion layoffs

Going to get interesting

My meet is with a 3 levels up leader. As a long term employee , I know for a fact that I am the only one thats knows about certain procedures in my group. Things I have not trained anyone. Going to be interesting when that shxt show hits the fan. Wish I could be a fly on the wall in the GCC when they dont know what to do.

Seriously! Same for me. I’ve been told I’m the most technical team after being with the same group since 2017. I’ve found recently hired GCC employees breaking security policies and changing user access instead of referring to the client's administrators. Can't wait to see the data breaches occurring because of this!

The GCC are similar to ticket or phone operators. They use scripts to do their job. If there is a deviation, they will not know next steps.

Being smug that you have held on to knowledge of the group and "not trained anyone" on it makes you look bad and goes a long way to explain why this company is so godawful slow to get anything done. Thanks for the bottleneck.
