I owning a project that my lead is clueless on. It’s not about production. She hangs up and HR follows up with severance 1 week pay for each year served, cobra, gray challenger and Christmas. This news comes with much sadness because of what I gave that company and commitments, drop what I did for leadership and this is the outcome.

I feel joy, happy, uplifting sure there will be stress but not that TU bullsh-t stress. To those staying on that journey have a blast cause you probably next. No more oncall, bridge calls, stupid a-s management meetings that if I tested my manager on what I was working on he would fail.

Theres a difference. This CEO is incentivized for being a complete wa-ker. How can he destroy a US company that is responsible for consumer data and not be held accountable? Where’s Elizabeth Warren now?

It’s the same everywhere in corporate America. Ever since the 60s when the top tax rate started getting reduced from 91% down to what it is today CEOs have become less incentivized to put personal greed over growth. Now it’s all about how much can they grab for themselves at the expense of the American worker.
