In General, Chris sent out another email saying they completed notification process across regions. It also says we will hear more about how transformation will strengthen company in UPCOMING ALL-HANDS meeting on Dec 13th.
Does that mean there will be another round of layoffs? or He's going to let us know what goals or objective changes are gonna be after all the current layoffs?
That email is ballsy. CEO CTO and HR want peace now? They’ve hit a nerve after tossing loyal, knowledgeable, smart people with integrity onto the streets today. 1300 families were decimated today by TU leadership. He’s lucky he gets 3.1% effort by the survivors in 2024. There’s 3.1 billion reasons this guy needs to be ousted.
Cartwreck will just tell you that layoffs will continue until morale improves. Oh, and expect to do the additional work of 3 people that were laid off. He's has to get his bonus.
Just in time for Chris Cartwright two week vacation to disconnect, count his millions and sleep easy at night knowing he has nothing to worry about it. Maybe he can pull his pants up higher then normal during the townhall and fasten that belt tighter around his neck

From my understanding there’s going to be another round early January, but not sure how reliable the source.
Whether it happens sooner or later, within the next 2 years they’ll eliminate as many positions in the US as possible. Their words, not mine. So this won’t be the last, just finished until the next time it’ll make incompetent, unscrupulous “leaders” more money.
