Don't forget your attorney is going to get a piece of the action also. Better run the numbers to see if it's feasible.
You have options
- Take the severance offered
- Be terminated with no severance.
This is not a negotiable transaction.
Would probably help to know where the bodies are buried. Which laws are intentionally being bent, broken, and bypassed. If that were the case, I would certainly advise that your attorney do the negotiating.
