Vena wants to eliminate all locomotives and employees since they cost too much. He plans on turning the railroad over to the shareholders!

Well he's got great start to that already! The shareholders already have total control over every aspect of the rail industry. Vena doesn't like employees at all. I want to feel bad for Vena, BUT I just can't find any reason to do so. Vena will always be remembered as the "rail veteran" whose name became synonymous with layoffs. It's just not a legacy I'd want my kids to carry through their lives.
