I got my termination letter today and couldn’t find any details regarding unvested RSUs while on WARN notice.
Betsy mentioned that affected employees will still get RSUs vested on Dec 1 . But I couldn’t find any details in exiting documents

Did you read the FAQs on the portal, it clearly says that equity vesting will not be affected while on WARN notice period. So yes, your Dec 1 vesting will go through normally.
However, Broadcom does not use etrade so those vested RSUs will show up in Fidelity instead, that will take a few days, probably more like Dec 10 or so.
Remember that AVGO focuses on cost-cutting, so they will do whatever is most profitable for them. Whatever Betsy was told is likely subject to change. Be prepared for updates.
Also, they will use RSUs only for top-performance incentives going forward.
Yes you will get all rsu‘s to be vested within your last day of employment. Regardless of warn notice. Happy vesting!
