Feeling so grateful to still have nice paying job in this leading-edge health care company.
Very surprised to see so many ungrateful employees when so many people are unemployed.
Translation: We expect our slaves, erm, employees to worship us, the corporate regime. We could foster a healthy work environment and better salaries, since we're rolling in cash, but that would hurt the bottom line for our papered management staff. So, instead, we're going to play up the scraps we give you as generous and try to play "mushroom management", completely forgetting the Internet exists and employees can easily compare salaries, benefits, and culture compared to 1970, which is where our heads are stuck in. Focus on the hyped-up corporate platitudes and propaganda and stop talking about how bad it really is.
