What will happen to Tanzu Labs?
PS consultants in the US received offers with additional bonus % and RSUs. I would assume similar is going to happen across the other geos, despite the cries of “you’re going to HCL” from those “in the know”.
In terms of what’s happening to leadership, who knows. A lot of fat there that needs trimming.
Everything and Everyone will move to HCL or transition out immediately.
A lot of the PS team leads did not accept offers, so now BC managers are scrambling to reassign people to replacement VMW managers.
I expect that some remaining teams will be merged together. Yet to be determined
When BC acquired CA and Symantec most of the PSG employees got transfered to HCL an Indian system integrator
Conflicting information seems to be the norm, while they figure out who is leftover to lead the remaining employees. Expect more reorgs if you choose to stay.
Yes, they are going to scrap PSO because all they did was raise SRS with gs to get them out of sh-t onsite.
I don’t think that’s the case unless GSS are now also part of the sales organisation?
There is a new „Services“ leader in EMEA who also covers PS. It looks like they are merging it with GSS?
