It is clear that the consultant not live up to expectations. The strategy they lay out for growth is not effective and will not work also. A&M provide zero value in the past several month and in the end the manufacturing industry is only laugh at Fossil. They break down everything and hardworking teams.

Yes there's a link between Holly and these A&M consultants. You can probably bet your bottom dollar that every consultant we've been stuck with since she came on board has been under her thumb in some way or other.
Makes me wonder if there is any connection between jolly Holly and AM consultants? Anybody left for leadership to blame?

Greg, that disastrous mess, shoved us headfirst into a pit of darkness, attaching us to what would become our most regrettable blunder…Connected watches! His leadership, an abominable catastrophe, made us wish for a rewind button.
And Holly, she's no better. Like a sheep blindly following its shepherd, she's dragging us closer to the precipice of irreversible destruction. Her decisions, a nauseating chain of errors, are dooming us to plummet into the abyss of no return. Mistake after mistake, she's steadily eroding any glimmer of hope we once held.
How many growth strategies do we need? How many different consultants do we need? How many more layoffs do we need to go through? It's evident that these approaches have not been effective, as there hasn't been any progress or growth for years. Just look at our stock price.
I think everyone should leave. Fu-k it. There are so many other things out there that you can’t imagine because Fossil likes to diminish your spirits and keep you thinking there isn’t anything better. Fossil who? Finally living up to the name.
